Advent Prayer Service
Father Peter and the Knights of Columbus invite everyone to join them for the annual Knights of Columbus “Keep Christ In Christmas” celebration on Tuesday, December 6th at 7pm. We will begin with a brief prayer service in the church and then proceed by candlelight to the creche next to the upper parking lot. Following a few Advent/Christmas carols, the nativity scene will be blessed and lit up for the first time for the Christmas season. A reception will follow. We look forward to everyone joining us for this important Advent celebration.
CWL
Christmas Banquet will be held at Maple Leaf Buffet on Monday, December 5th at 4:30pm.

Youth Sunday
Youth Sunday was supposed to be this coming weekend, but we have rescheduled it until Sunday, November 27th so that the children can participate in the lighting of the first Advent candle.
Fraud Awareness
The Saint Joachim’s CWL is sponsoring a fraud awareness program on Monday, November 21st from 3 – 4pm in the parish hall. All are welcome.
Adoration
All are invited to Eucharistic Adoration next Sunday, November 27th, from 2 – 4pm at St. Joachim’s.
50/50 Draw
Congratulations to Carol Maber, the latest $1,000 winner of the draw. December tickets are on sale now, and the Restoration Committee hopes to have the draw before Christmas.
Catholic Book Of Worship II
You may have noticed that old copies of the Catholic Book of Worship II have been removed from the seats. If you would like a copy of one of these books, please see Fr. Stephen before or after Mass.
Youth Sunday
Will be celebrated next Sunday, November 20th, at the 11:30am Mass.
Donations Required
The Restoration Committee is asking for parishioners to donate sweets for their Evening of Music. Sign-up sheets will be posted in the foyer.
