K of C
Spring Cleaning
K of C 8364 will be conducting their annual spring cleaning of the church property on Thursday, June 13th, 7pm. Many hands make for an easy and quick effort – last year took just over 2 hours. All parishioners are most welcome. There will be coffee and refreshments upon completion.
Food Drive
K of C 8364 will be holding a food drive for the Saint John East Food Bank on Sunday, December 16th, from noon – to 5pm at the Rothesay Avenue Superstore.
K of C Insurance
The K of C are having an Insurance Agent Pot Luck Supper in their quarters on Wednesday, November 28th, 6pm, for Knights and spouses. If any men in the parish, single or married, were thinking about joining the Knights, you are welcome to attend along with your wife/girlfriend.
Keep Christ In Christmas
You are invited to the annual K of C “Keep Christ In Christmas” celebration on Tuesday, December 4th, 7pm. We will begin with a brief prayer service in the church and then proceed by candlelight to the creche. Following Advent/Christmas carols, the nativity scene will be blessed and lit for the season. A reception will follow. Everyone is welcome.
Knights of Columbus Memorial
The 11:00am Mass on Sunday, November 18th will be offered for the deceased members of Knights of Columbus Council 8364. Following Mass, family members and friends of those being remembered are invited to attend a reception in the Knight’s quarters, where light refreshments will be served.
K of C Seniors’ Dinner
K of C 8364 will be holding their annual free Seniors Dinner on Sunday, November 11th. Doors open at noon; dinner begins at 1pm; sing along after dinner. Sign-up sheets are available in foyer.
