It is with a deep sense of pride and satisfaction that I announce to you the results of the special collection, which took place throughout our Diocese on May 16 – 17 in support of the victims of the Nepal Earthquake.
The total amount that we forwarded to Development and Peace amounted to $60,289.90 and the Federal government will match our donation.
As the Bishop of the Diocese of Saint John, I thank you sincerely for this outstanding spirit of generosity to our sisters and brothers in Nepal.
